ORDER GUIDE

1. Ordering and Payment

 

You can place your orders through email at info@studiokali.com.tr. Currently, we can only receive payments through bank transfer.

 

All products are made to order items with delivery times as stated for each product on its specific page, yet we keep small stocks for some items so you can contact us to check instant availability.

 

For a smooth processing of your order, in your email please clearly state:

 

  • the full name of the product, quantity requested and if applicable the color and finishes you desire,
  • your contact information including name, e-mail, phone, billing & delivery address.

 

Your contact information is required for billing and shipping purposes.

 

After the order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the receipt of your order, with information regarding estimated delivery time, shipping costs and Studio Kali’s bank account details for the bank transfer. As soon as we receive your payment through bank transfer, we will proceed with the production and shipping of your items.

 

2. Shipping

 

Shipping rates depend on your delivery address and your purchase amount. Details regarding these will be shared with you during the ordering process that is described above.

 

As soon as your orders are shipped from our studio, you will receive an email informing you regarding the shipment.

 

3. Returns Policy

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • You must e-mail us at info@studiokali.com.tr within 5 days of the receipt of goods and follow our guidance through the return process.
  • The product(s) must be in the same condition that you received it in and must be repacked into its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Products that have been customized for you are not eligible for a return.

 

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping. So, it is advisable that you send your return products as an insured package.

 

After we receive the products, your return order will be accepted as valid if the product can be re-sold as new. In this case, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price (exceptions apply for furniture) within 14 days of the receipt of goods. Yet shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

For furniture pieces from the Sama collection, a restocking fee of 15% of the item price applies. For other larger furniture, a restocking fee of 25% of the item price applies.
